At Evaluation Day, we are asking each parent to fill out a short questionnaire. Please have the answers to these questions ahead of time:

  • What days are his/her practices?
  • What days are his/her games?
  • Does he/she pitch for the travel team?
    • If Yes, are you ok with him/her pitching in PJL?
  • Does he/she play catcher for the travel team?
    • If Yes, are you ok with him/her catching in PJL?

2. Do you have any special request related to pitching or catching?

3. Does your player have any other sports that they are committed to first?

4. Are you interested in joining the Junior League Board?
